lgc-pg software package provides LGeneral converter for Panzer General game data, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install lgc-pg
lgc-pg is installed in your system.
Make ensure the lgc-pg package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep lgc-pg *
You will get with lgc-pg package name, version, architecture and description in a table
